Financing the Circular Transition

Unlock the
full potential of a circular economy – where’s your funding gap?
The Joint Initiative on Circular Economy (JICE) continues its activities in 2026 with the goal of developing common initiatives that create impact. Against the backdrop of the expected EU Circular Economy Act (Q3 2026) and a rapidly evolving regulatory environment, JICE is launching a webinar series to deepen market understanding of financing needs, gaps and bottlenecks for the circular economy across selected sectors.
As
promotional banks, we ask one targeted question:
Which actor in the value chain faces what financing need, and at which point in time?
The webinar series is designed to showcase the perspectives of sector representatives across the value chain: from producers and manufacturers to recyclers as well as a broad range of stakeholders such as municipalities, innovators, start-ups, and investors — each having their own viewpoint on financing needs.
JICE organizes a webinar series in June and July 2026 in the following sectors (average duration: 2h):
- 24th of June: Buildings
- 30th of June: Textiles
- 7th of July: Critical Raw Materials
- 8th of July: Plastics
